Water was getting into this Radisson Hotel building from roof and windows leaks.
It was identified that the roof perimeter area was the source of the leaks and allowing water into the building. The existing inverted roof system, complex perimeter details and multiple cables added to the complexity of the perimeter roof repairs. Bad caulking around the windows was also allowing water in and potentially disturbing the stay of Radisson’s guests.
